i think this may only help ppl wth a wireless connection
do you have a firewall??
if you do check the applications it is blocking/allowing
and look for a thing called NDIS user mode I/O Driver
block this if you have it.
then go to start menu then settings then control pannel.
from here go to administrative tools and double click on services.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: DONT MESS ABOUT IN THIS FILE, OR ANY OTHER FILES IN THIS FOLDER, CAUSE IT CAN CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE ONLY CURABLE BY FORMATTING THE WHOLE MACHINE)
go down to the bottom of the list and see the wireless zero configuration, turn this thing off. right click it then select stop.
this should help on server and will not let any viruses on your machine. so DONT WORRY.
hope this helped
